LPCC-S Supervision Observation Package
The LPCC-S Supervision Observation Package is structured to meet Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board requirements for supervision observation hours while providing meaningful, developmentally focused learning.
This package includes observing five structured supervision sessions along with one individual reflection session. The design ensures that participants not only fulfill credentialing requirements, but also engage in thoughtful professional growth.
During the group sessions, participants observe and engage in structured supervision processes that highlight:
• Ethical decision making and Ohio Administrative Code compliance
• Clinical case consultation and diagnostic reasoning
• Risk assessment and client welfare considerations
• Group supervision dynamics and peer learning processes
• Supervisor feedback methods and evaluative standards
The individual reflection session provides space to process observations, discuss supervisory models, and integrate learning into your own developing supervision identity.
All observation hours are documented in accordance with Ohio Board standards.
